Leads and develops a new vehicle sales team through coaching, recruiting, training, accountability, and succession planning. Builds documented sales and CRM processes, improves lead handling, follow-up, customer retention, and appointment performance, and manages showroom production. Uses performance reporting, inventory awareness, market data, and daily coaching to improve sales efficiency, customer experience, inventory turn, and market share while leading continuous improvement and organizational change.

Sell pre-owned vehicles through a customer-first process, using email, text, phone, video, and in-person communication. Responsibilities include pricing, customer education, appointment setting, trade-in appraisal, promoting aftermarket products, attending events and meetings, and completing training and certifications. Performance is measured by customer volume, conversion rates, process adherence, and satisfaction scores.

Build customer relationships and guide buyers through the vehicle purchase process. Educate customers on Subaru vehicles, technology, safety features, and ownership benefits; conduct demonstrations and test drives; communicate across multiple channels; manage appointments, trade evaluations, protection plans, customer records, and follow-ups. Meet sales and satisfaction goals while participating in training, dealership events, community outreach, and manufacturer programs.

Inspects and appraises vehicle trade-ins, evaluates reconditioning and resale value, and collaborates with new and used car managers on customer offers. The specialist supports inventory acquisition, wholesale evaluations, and dealership profitability across two nearby locations while using automotive valuation tools. The role requires automotive appraisal or used car sales experience, a clean driving record, flexible availability, integrity, and attention to detail.
