Plans, designs, and architects voice, data, microwave, and trunked radio networks for government departments. Defines technical standards, manages network projects, procures hardware and software, supports vendors and agencies, performs capacity planning and performance analysis, evaluates emerging technologies, and provides second-tier support, RF expertise, FCC licensing support, and technical training. Participates in rotational after-hours on-call support.

Provides federal and DoD acquisition support across pre-award, award, and post-award phases. Develops and reviews procurement documentation, acquisition strategies, SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, IGCEs, and market research. Supports source selections, stakeholder coordination, compliance tracking, dashboards, reporting, governance, and process improvement. Advises program managers and contracting officers on complex, enterprise-level acquisitions while coordinating with program, finance, legal, and contracting teams.

Leads CRM technology strategy, planning, and execution while managing analysts and developers. Oversees CRM system design, development, maintenance, integration, technology selection, data architecture, and customer-channel capabilities. Partners with IT, Sales, Marketing, data management, infrastructure, and business teams to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, loyalty, campaigns, and promotions. Requires strong cross-functional project management and CRM, data warehousing, modeling, web, call center, and database marketing expertise.
