Supports international trade compliance programs, including post-entry and post-shipment reviews, recordkeeping, restricted-party screening, audit defense, customs broker issue resolution, regulatory analysis, and compliance project monitoring. The role requires expertise in U.S. Customs procedures, HTS and ECCN classification, import/export regulations, free trade agreements, country of origin, Incoterms, commercial invoices, ERP systems, and business analytics.

Leads an Engineering Center of Excellence responsible for developing engineering capabilities, standards, workflows, and technical depth across business units. Drives innovation, technology integration, continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency while mentoring specialized engineers and transferring capabilities to business-unit teams. Requires manufacturing or process engineering experience, leadership experience, strong manufacturing-process knowledge, stakeholder communication, and prioritization skills. Packaging and plastics experience is preferred. Travel is required up to 50%.

Provides comprehensive HR support for approximately 250 manufacturing employees, including employee relations, policy administration, leave and benefits support, payroll, compliance, investigations, recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and audits. Advises plant leaders on policies and performance management, handles employee questions and complaints, supports terminations and unemployment claims, and communicates HR and benefits changes. Requires strong communication, conflict resolution, computer, training, and organizational skills, along with English and Spanish fluency.
