Leads the development of a commercial excellence operating system focused on pricing governance, RFQ and deal reviews, margin improvement, customer profitability, value capture, and commercial accountability. Establishes scalable processes, decision rights, performance cadences, and pricing strategies while supporting major negotiations. Builds and leads a high-performing team, drives cross-functional adoption, validates financial impact with Finance and Operations, and applies AI as a business-building tool.

Establishes and governs enterprise supply chain planning processes across demand, inventory, supply, capacity, scheduling, performance management, and SIOP. The role audits compliance, certifies planning readiness, identifies process gaps, drives corrective actions and continuous improvement, and facilitates alignment across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Technology teams. It also develops governance frameworks, audit methodologies, training materials, maturity assessments, and standards documentation to improve planning discipline and executive decision-making.

Designs, implements, and governs enterprise endpoint computing environments, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, physical Windows devices, SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Group Policy. Owns endpoint architecture, security, compliance, images, application deployment, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management. Serves as the highest technical escalation point, performs root-cause analysis, develops automation and documentation, and collaborates with security, identity, networking, application, and infrastructure teams.
