Build and own Custral’s product end to end across frontend and backend. Design core functionality, shape product direction and architecture, work directly with users, and operate high-volume production systems. Use TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch while making independent technical decisions, researching solutions, communicating tradeoffs, and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

The Chief of Staff will partner directly with the CEO to drive company-wide execution, own critical cross-functional initiatives, unblock teams, and establish operating processes. Responsibilities include building onboarding and customer support systems, supporting customers, managing operating cadence and communications, and leading special projects across product, go-to-market, and operations. The role requires independent judgment, strong organization, discretion, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
