Leads configuration management activities for NORAD’s NCMC-ITW/AA and Space Support mission. Maintains system and documentation baselines, performs change control and status accounting, supports configuration and integration audits, prepares configuration management plans and status reports, maintains change logs and data integrity, and coordinates with emergency and urgent depot-level maintenance managers.

Supports JIAMDO financial management through commitment, obligation, and expenditure tracking; unliquidated obligation reviews; invoice and contractor burn-rate analysis; funding reconciliation; and fiscal year-end closeout. The role coordinates with comptroller offices, DFAS, project managers, and other federal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include processing MIPRs, purchase requests, interagency agreements, and financial transactions using DAI, WAWF/PIEE, and advanced Excel.
