Designs, develops, integrates, tests, deploys, and sustains secure software applications and services for complex mission-focused programs. Translates requirements into software designs, develops maintainable code, supports distributed-system integration and DevSecOps processes, performs testing and troubleshooting, documents solutions, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers. Collaborates with architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure, testing, program management, and customer teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities include maintaining contract-security documentation, coordinating with government and industry stakeholders, evaluating safeguarding practices, supporting inspections and self-assessments, tracking corrective actions, advising on classified access requirements, and mitigating security risks. The role requires senior-level briefings, leadership in classified environments, and experience supporting Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information activities.

Coordinate Enterprise Architecture Review Board meetings and technical projects for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. Develop decision-making artifacts, roadmaps, schedules, minutes, and status reports; analyze project execution for efficiencies; and present recommendations to technical leadership. Translate complex technical information into clear cost, performance, and schedule updates while supporting communication between technical staff and government leadership.
