Responsibilities include site assessments, safety program implementation, training, injury prevention, OSHA and regulatory compliance, claim management guidance, presentations, and client relationship development. The role requires independent work, strong communication, regulatory expertise, and frequent travel to client sites across Northwest Pennsylvania.

Supports enterprise client projects by coordinating requests, reviewing documents, researching answers, organizing information across systems, communicating with clients and business partners, and resolving issues. The role also identifies workflow improvements using technology, automation, and AI tools while contributing to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
