Tutors college students in mathematics, statistics, financial math, computer science, and academic skills through individual appointments, workshops, online support, and in-class assistance. Monitors student progress, supports at-risk students, collaborates with faculty, develops instructional resources and webinars, tracks tutoring usage, participates in virtual study tables, and assists with departmental projects and promotional efforts.

The role is a full-time 50% administrative and 50% teaching faculty position requiring clinical psychology licensure eligibility, graduate clinical education experience, mentoring ability, and commitment to diversity and professional ethics.

Leads Accelerate U’s end-to-end learning experience, including new program design, pathway launches, curriculum improvement, career coaching, learner support, operations, and data-driven evaluation. Manages cross-functional leaders and staff, ensures program quality and industry alignment, builds stackable education pathways, oversees external partners, and drives continuous improvement and learner outcomes. The role also advances AI learning innovation and represents the program across university leadership functions.

Manages operational delivery of alternative pathway programs, including supervisor coordination, school and district partnerships, candidate onboarding and support, outreach, alumni engagement, program improvement, and workforce placement. Builds relationships with education stakeholders, visits partner schools, gathers feedback, maintains partner communications, develops student support processes, and ensures program quality, growth, and alignment with partner needs.

Leads integrated university communications supporting brand, reputation, and strategic priorities. Develops messaging, press releases, media pitches, web and social content, executive communications, and internal communications. Supports media relations, crisis communications, brand consistency, website updates, stakeholder collaboration, vendor coordination, and communications project delivery. Tracks performance metrics and uses data to improve content effectiveness.
