Maintains the health, performance, availability, and security of enterprise network and IT infrastructure. Configures and troubleshoots LAN, WAN, wireless, VLAN, VPN, firewall, server, virtualization, storage, and backup systems. Supports cybersecurity controls, monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, documentation, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, infrastructure projects, and technical assistance. Coordinates with vendors, manages wagering-machine maintenance, supports patron services, and assists with staffing, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and currency settlement. Requires flexible availability, strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to complete required licensing and background checks.

Supports casino marketing through social media content creation, platform strategy, website updates, promotions, special events, guest inquiries, communications, and administrative reporting. Coordinates with multiple departments, assists with photo and video shoots, maintains confidentiality, and supports marketing leadership. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and completion of Delaware State Lottery background and licensing requirements.

Supports IT service requests, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, end-user device setup, account administration, software installation, ticket documentation, and technology asset inventory. Assists IT staff with systems, networking, cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure projects while developing practical experience in a 24/7 business environment. Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, schedule flexibility, physical mobility, and completion of Delaware Lottery background and licensing requirements.
