Manages campus financial aid and default management operations, including team hiring, coaching, training, compliance, award and loan processing, budgeting, and process improvement. Ensures accurate and timely student funding while collaborating with campus departments and corporate teams. Builds a high-performing, customer-focused team and supports retention, satisfaction, and enrollment outcomes.

Provides strategic and operational HR support across assigned locations, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, ADA accommodations, training, safety, workers’ compensation, and employment law. Manages the company’s health, welfare, retirement, and leave benefits programs, including administration, compliance, vendor relationships, employee communications, payroll coordination, documentation, and audits. Evaluates plan effectiveness and recommends improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance. Leads and develops the Benefits Team, manages performance, resolves employee issues, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external brokers, consultants, and providers.

Leads the Education department by managing and developing instructors, improving program quality and delivery, ensuring legal and accreditation compliance, supporting students, and fostering a high-performing team. The role requires strong leadership, communication, project management, problem-solving, decision-making, and computer skills, along with at least five years of teaching, management, or related experience.

Leads campus education operations, supervises and develops faculty and staff, manages budgets, oversees curriculum delivery and student experience, ensures compliance with legal and accrediting standards, and fulfills Campus Security Authority duties. Builds a high-performing education team through training, communication, strategic thinking, and effective leadership.

Supervise, coach, and develop instructors while ensuring consistent, high-quality education delivery. Lead hands-on instruction in electrical systems, mentor students, support curriculum development, promote safety, and contribute to enrollment, retention, profitability, budgeting, and team performance.
