Supports research accounting operations by interpreting study budgets, preparing site invoices, maintaining accounting records in CTMS, gathering documentation, resolving billing issues, requesting and applying payments, and assisting with month-end deposit reconciliation. The role also performs clerical tasks and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, analytical skills, organization, and the ability to follow accounting policies and procedures.

Maintains and expands referring-provider relationships, develops referral opportunities, promotes healthcare services and educational events, analyzes growth data, monitors competitors, conducts field visits, distributes branded materials, and documents referral activity and expenses.
