Design and develop user-centered web applications that transform complex workflows and data into intuitive interfaces. Responsibilities include front-end development, user research, human-centered design, prototyping, usability testing, data visualization, exploratory navigation, dashboard design, accessibility, design systems, performance optimization, and collaboration with engineers, product leads, and mission stakeholders. The role requires translating user needs into functional solutions and presenting design trade-offs objectively.
