Supports Tier II incidents and hybrid VPC and global network operations for a Department of State customer. Responsibilities include ticket management, infrastructure monitoring, proactive diagnostics, performance analysis, reporting, crisis management, security-event monitoring, audit-log analysis, and RBAC account administration.

Provides global infrastructure support for multi-petabyte enterprise storage environments, including block, object, NAS, and SAN storage. Manages hybrid and multi-cloud transitions across AWS and Azure, maintains Oracle appliances and Enterprise Service Bus environments, and supports security, patching, load balancing, audits, assessments, and compliance reporting. Coordinates with overseas IT staff and cloud providers while supporting Department of State facilities.

Supports security operations and SIEM administration for Department of State IT environments. Develops secure installation guides aligned with federal standards and DISA STIGs, configures and manages SIEM processes and tools, implements security solutions for threats and vulnerabilities, and performs patch management and security update operations to maintain compliance.
