We have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Performance Management & Customer Experience (CX) Analyst, under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives in CX through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.

This position also:

• Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems; analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
• You will assist in applying common best CX practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and consideration in selecting application software packages.
• You will assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components and help to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.
• You will also guide and advise less experienced Business Systems Analysts.
• You can expect to work in some phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in IT or related field
• Secret Security Clearance 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5+ years

 PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least two (2) years of experience in documentation and requirements gathering.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

• Sitting for long periods
• Standing for long periods
• Ambulate throughout an office
• Ambulate between several buildings

Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, gov con contractual requirements, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Empower AI's total compensation package for employees.
