Manage the integrated master schedule and PMO processes for an enterprise IT services program supporting the Department of State. Coordinate project tracking, documentation, operational requirements, deployment timelines, and priorities across government representatives, Product Teams, and Enterprise Operations. Facilitate collaboration throughout the product lifecycle, maintain management tools and processes, and support program deliverables and customer mission objectives.

Manage the Quality Management Plan within the PMO, overseeing quality assurance, quality control, continuous improvement, contract deliverables, and compliance with government requirements. Develop performance management and customer experience programs, measure service quality and user satisfaction, establish SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs, and submit monthly performance reports.

Provides on-site systems administration for Department of State locations, managing hardware, applications, servers, networks, databases, patches, security controls, backups, upgrades, incidents, configuration changes, monitoring, documentation, and technical support. Coordinates projects, reports system status, and escalates operational risks affecting IT services.

Develops and maintains knowledge management resources supporting Department of State IT services. Responsibilities include executing the Knowledge Management Plan, creating and updating knowledge base articles, SOPs, TTPs, training materials, user guides, and technical documentation. The role documents systems, applications, infrastructure diagrams, architectures, data flows, security policies, and compliance materials while aligning procedures with ITIL and agency standards. Ensures program documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within SLA requirements.

Provides regional, on-site systems administration for Department of State offices. Manages servers, network equipment, workstations, applications, databases, patches, security controls, backups, upgrades, incidents, configuration changes, monitoring, documentation, and technical support. Coordinates vendors and internal projects, reports system risks, and maintains IT service availability across multiple locations. Requires travel by land or air up to 50%.

Supports installation, maintenance, monitoring, security patching, virtualization, databases, applications, backups, upgrades, and hardware retirement. Enforces security controls, manages user accounts and permissions, resolves ServiceNow incidents, documents configuration changes, monitors system performance, and maintains topology diagrams and technical documentation.

Provides on-site systems administration for Department of State offices. Supports hardware, network devices, applications, databases, Active Directory, VMware environments, security patches, backups, incident resolution, configuration changes, system monitoring, upgrades, and technical documentation. Coordinates with the SA lead, enforces security controls, maintains system availability, and manages ServiceNow tickets and site topology documentation.

Provides on-site systems administration for Department of State locations, managing servers, network devices, workstations, applications, databases, patches, security controls, backups, and system performance. Resolves incidents through ServiceNow, coordinates upgrades and retirements, maintains technical documentation and topology diagrams, manages configuration changes, and reports operational risks. Requires occasional travel between sites and physical handling of equipment.

Administers DNS and DHCP services supporting more than 50,000 users across on-premises and cloud environments. Manages DNS implementations, DHCP scopes, leases, infrastructure integration, and compliance with Department of State requirements. Develops and maintains ITIL-aligned standard operating procedures, updating them for modernization initiatives and emerging technologies. Collaborates with stakeholders to support reliable enterprise IT service delivery.
