Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates employee learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs. Conducts needs analyses, creates multimedia content, facilitates training, manages LMS content, tracks learner performance, and uses analytics to improve outcomes. Partners with leaders, subject matter experts, and HR teams to align learning with organizational goals, support change initiatives, and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include predictive analytics, natural language processing, image recognition, AI pipelines, clinical decision support, data preparation, model validation, compliance, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, staff training, vendor evaluation, and ongoing model monitoring. Provides limited rotational on-call and help desk support for healthcare data reporting needs.

Directs centralized HR shared services and operations, including employee transactions, service center activities, SLAs, KPIs, process improvement, compliance, HR systems, vendors, budgeting, change management, and team development. Partners with HR and business leaders to improve service delivery and employee experience across the healthcare organization.

Provides confidential administrative support to the CEO or executive vice president, including schedule management, correspondence, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, information gathering, committee support, and meeting minutes. Serves as a liaison with senior staff, exercises independent judgment, maintains executive files, and may oversee support staff.

Conducts full-cycle recruitment for healthcare system positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoffs. Partners with hiring managers and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, track hiring activity, and fill hard-to-staff roles. Maintains compliant recruiting records, supports employer branding and recruitment events, trains recruiters, and conducts new-hire follow-ups. Local travel is required.

Provides confidential administrative support to three or more vice president-level executives. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence preparation, minute transcription, telephone and mail screening, file and supply management, travel arrangements, presentation support, and summarizing data. The role requires sound judgment, initiative, organization, advanced PC software skills, and at least five years of clerical or administrative experience.

Manages tax functions across Covenant Health entities, including federal, state, and local tax reporting, compliance, research, audits, and regulatory monitoring. Develops tax processes, tools, work plans, and operational improvements; reviews staff work; supports training, evaluations, and retention; coordinates responses to audits; advises leadership on tax matters; and serves as backup to the Tax Director.
