Develop and configure PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools and SQL to support Army military payroll systems. Responsibilities include implementing technical designs, estimating work, documenting configurations, conducting unit testing, resolving defects, performing peer reviews, explaining code, and demonstrating functionality to users within an Agile team.

The role requires experience with Navy or DoD acquisition programs, data analysis and visualization, and approximately 7–10 years of program or project management experience.

Provides technical and strategic support for global polio eradication programs, including program design, policy development, country engagement, performance metrics, health financing, monitoring, and adaptive strategies. The role develops guidance, training materials, reports, briefings, and recommendations while coordinating with governments, donors, partners, and U.S. Department of State stakeholders. It requires extensive global health program management experience and a Secret clearance.

Provides administrative and data-entry support for a federal government project. Responsibilities include maintaining records, updating databases and websites, processing work requests, purchase documents, contracts, invoices, and financial transactions, reconciling GFEBS access, reviewing program codes, and preparing reports for meetings and briefings. Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, computer skills, and knowledge of office procedures and governing policies.

Conducts manual and automated software testing for the DHA WebMRE platform, including performance evaluation, requirements review, test strategy development, defect tracking, and fix verification. Collects and analyzes test metrics, prepares performance reports, and communicates findings to developers and clients. The role also codes reusable test components, resolves complex testing issues, and collaborates across teams in an Agile environment.
