Designs, develops, optimizes, tests, and integrates software-defined RF and DSP pipelines for Navy SIGINT systems. Responsibilities include GNU Radio development, SDR integration, high-performance Python and C/C++ algorithm implementation, hardware and system analysis, modeling, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, technical documentation, vendor evaluation, and transitioning innovative technologies into operational programs. The role requires relevant engineering, technical, or business experience and a Secret security clearance.

Manage, secure, and maintain critical IT infrastructure supporting classified DoD and Intelligence Community networks, including Secret and Top Secret/SCI environments. Support air-gapped networks, specialized engineering software, rapid prototyping, and R&D systems. Automate deployments and STIG remediation, manage containerized workloads, and potentially administer HPC clusters or GPU workstations. The role requires systems administration experience, cybersecurity certifications, an OS-specific credential, U.S. citizenship, and a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Provides cybersecurity oversight and continuous compliance for secure AWS and USMC cloud services. Responsibilities include cloud and network security, DevSecOps pipeline administration, vulnerability remediation, incident response, logging and monitoring, RMF and STIG compliance, infrastructure-as-code support, and security-control validation. The role coordinates with engineering and mission teams to maintain secure IL6 services and requires Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and quarterly travel.

Supports USMC Programs of Record through NSA Risk Management Framework coordination, reciprocity actions, ATO documentation, SSP maintenance, patch-scan compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and cyber authority liaison activities. Leads ISSO/ISSM training and coordinates RMF accreditation, POA&M resolution, EMO reciprocity, STIG compliance, and security reporting for classified DoD systems.
