Manages workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile, and property claims from reporting through resolution. Oversees carriers, third-party administrators, adjusters, brokers, insurance certificates, OCIP/CCIP processes, claim invoices, and loss forecasting. Coordinates with legal, safety, HR, fleet, and operations teams; tracks claim costs and jurisdictions; supports subpoenas, renewals, underwriting submissions, and risk reduction activities.

Manages full-cycle recruitment for skilled craft professionals across multiple projects and locations. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers and onboarding, maintaining candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, attending recruiting events, ensuring employment-law compliance, and tracking recruiting metrics. The role requires strong candidate and stakeholder communication, ATS proficiency, and familiarity with skilled craft, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or energy hiring.

Leads the company-wide Project Administration function, overseeing regional administrators, timekeeping staff, staffing, training, performance, and standardized procedures. Partners with Operations, Project Management, Payroll, Billing, Accounting, and HR to improve project support workflows, documentation, billing support, timekeeping, job setup, and closeout processes. Establishes KPIs, ensures compliance, supports workforce planning, and provides leadership reporting on performance, risks, and process improvements.
