Manages new product introduction from design release through production launch. Owns project timelines, phase gates, engineering change coordination, drawings, BOMs, ERP product data, sourcing, supplier readiness, and manufacturing documentation. Coordinates Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure production readiness. Supports product improvement initiatives, risk escalation, make-or-buy analysis, and creation of work instructions, travelers, FMEAs, tolerance analyses, and product test reports.

Develops and sustains efficient manufacturing processes for durable safety equipment. Responsibilities include PFMEA, process validation, capability studies, line balancing, lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, tooling and machine design, NPI readiness, production documentation, ERP routing, and continuous improvement. The role supports production teams, leads process qualification and training, manages tooling projects, and serves as the technical liaison between R&D and manufacturing.
