Lead program-level cost management for a multibillion-dollar data center construction program. Responsibilities include budgeting, cost baselines, forecasting, earned value management, executive reporting, change and contingency management, risk analysis, ERP integration, process improvement, and stakeholder leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams.

Leads and enforces the Energy Isolation Program for critical infrastructure projects. Develops LOTO procedures, establishes acceptance criteria, coordinates isolation activities, reviews high-risk work plans, investigates incidents, verifies qualifications and PPE compliance, and reports project compliance. Collaborates with engineering, construction, and operations teams to safely isolate hazardous energy while minimizing impacts to ongoing operations.

Supports construction project sites as the primary HR resource, advising employees and leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and HR policies. Manages onboarding, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, terminations, HRIS transactions, and documentation. Coaches managers, supports engagement and retention, contributes to training and leadership development, and partners on strategic HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and legal compliance.

Leads the Industrialization Engineering organization and standardizes manufacturing readiness, launch governance, and product transition processes across North American facilities. Oversees FOK builds, NPI, capacity and labor planning, facility layouts, automation roadmaps, factory expansions, Make-versus-Buy analysis, TCO, PFEP, and vertical integration initiatives. Partners with Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams while developing technical teams and scalable manufacturing capabilities.

Leads BIM modeling standards, production, coordination, and quality assurance for electrical designs supporting data centers and other mission-critical facilities. Creates and reviews Revit and Navisworks models, drawings, documentation, clash detection results, exports, and visualizations. Mentors BIM staff, supports onboarding, estimates modeling effort, improves workflows and libraries, and collaborates with engineering, project management, and construction teams to deliver accurate, constructible project documentation.
