Hands-on CTO Co-Founder responsible for defining technology strategy, architecting and building an AI-powered healthcare payments platform, leading scalable cloud-native software development, integrating billing and payment systems, and recruiting and mentoring the engineering organization. The role spans product execution from MVP to commercial scale and requires collaboration with investors, customers, and company leadership.

Designs, prototypes, tests, and validates electrical systems for subsea electromechanical products, including propulsion, actuators, motors, sensors, power electronics, and embedded controls. Responsibilities include PCB and schematic development, product improvement, manufacturing support, troubleshooting, documentation, design reviews, risk assessments, and technical leadership of custom engineering projects. The engineer collaborates with mechanical, manufacturing, procurement, quality, suppliers, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
