Coordinates the full grant lifecycle, including researching opportunities, drafting proposals, gathering budgets and outcomes, tracking deadlines, supporting reporting, maintaining grant records, and assisting with funder stewardship. Collaborates with program, Finance, and Development teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions and reports. The role also supports donor engagement and in-kind donation coordination while managing multiple deadlines and confidential information.

Supports the CEO by managing calendars, communications, meetings, travel, board and committee activities, executive materials, priorities, contracts, approvals, and follow-up. The role maintains organized systems, tracks initiatives and deadlines, coordinates with organizational leaders, prepares correspondence and presentations, and serves as a trusted point of contact. Success requires exceptional organization, independent judgment, discretion, communication, adaptability, and attention to detail in a nonprofit executive environment.

Manages VOA Oregon’s annual giving program and a portfolio of 50–75 individual donors and prospects. Develops multichannel appeals, donor acquisition, retention, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. Tracks fundraising activity and performance in Raiser's Edge NXT, analyzes metrics, coordinates donor communications and gift processing, and partners with organizational leaders to increase annual philanthropic support. Requires local travel and maintains high ethical and confidentiality standards.
