Develop and expand relationships with industrial, petrochemical, and OEM customers through inside sales, customer service, quoting, pricing, order management, and shipment coordination. Maintain customer information in the CRM, communicate with customers and vendors, support outside sales through research and outbound calling, and ensure accurate order input and documentation. The role is onsite and requires knowledge of gaskets, seals, hoses, industrial sales, basic office software, and technical drawings.
