Drive regional sales of rollforming machinery, tooling, and metal-forming equipment across the Western U.S. Build customer relationships, identify needs, present products, negotiate contracts, meet sales quotas, and close business. Coordinate specifications, delivery commitments, production updates, field service, warranty resolution, and documentation between customers and internal teams. The role requires travel to customer sites, including occasional international travel, and work across office, manufacturing, and customer environments.

Design and program electrical control systems for industrial machinery, including PLC and HMI software. Responsibilities include machine testing, startup, validation, troubleshooting, electrical schematics, bills of materials, and collaboration with mechanical engineering, production, service teams, and customers. The role also involves improving machine performance, reducing costs, coordinating project work, and potentially leading projects or mentoring engineers based on experience.
