Owns full-cycle recruiting and employee lifecycle support, including sourcing, candidate coordination, onboarding, orientation, stay and exit interviews, training coordination, compensation benchmarking, and diversity-focused talent initiatives. Partners consultatively with hiring managers and the Chief People Officer, tracks recruiting and engagement metrics, maintains confidential employee records, and improves hiring and onboarding experiences. The role is primarily on-site in Unity Village, with occasional travel and schedule flexibility for hiring and onboarding events.

Manages Unity’s Shopify eCommerce store and Klaviyo email marketing program. Responsibilities include maintaining product listings and collections, building campaigns and automated flows, writing promotional and product copy, segmenting audiences, conducting A/B tests, monitoring store and email performance, and reporting actionable insights. The role collaborates with Communications, Design, Web, and Product teams to coordinate campaigns, launches, and on-brand customer experiences.
