Inside Sales Closers take inbound warm-lead calls, educate customers on vehicle service contracts, build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales during the initial call. Responsibilities include managing follow-ups in a CRM and meeting individual and team sales targets. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. The role is full-time and in-office, commission-based, requires Florida insurance license eligibility, and includes background screening.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers interested in extended vehicle or home service contracts, qualify their needs, and enter information into the CRM. Make hundreds of calls per day in a fast-paced call center environment while pursuing performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Handle inbound calls from customers considering insurance policy cancellations, identify retention opportunities, and present tailored solutions, benefits, promotions, and incentives. Document interactions in the CRM, collaborate on retention strategies, maintain empathetic communication, and meet individual retention and bonus goals in a fast-paced onsite environment.
