Develops industrial process control solutions for heating, cooling, and refrigeration applications. Responsibilities include control strategies, PLC/HMI integration, instrumentation selection, electrical coordination, technical documentation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, vendor support, and coordination with project, drafting, programming, operations, and field teams. The role requires expertise in industrial controls, instrumentation, hydronic systems, electrical drawings, control standards, and complex project execution.

Supports and learns daily operations across Hunton Distribution branches, including purchasing, pricing, equipment sales, warranty transactions, warehouse controls, inventory management, customer service, and administrative functions. The role assists the Vice President of Operations with branch oversight, manager accountability, departmental coordination, and collaboration with Trane and sales teams.

Sell commercial HVAC service agreements and maintenance contracts to building owners. Generate leads through marketing, cold calling, referrals, and networking; build long-term customer relationships; develop account-specific business plans; maintain CRM records; track pipelines; and report sales progress. Promote reliable, energy-efficient, proactive HVAC solutions while collaborating with internal teams and meeting sales targets.
