Lead all strategic and hands-on HR functions for a nonprofit with approximately 37 employees. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent development, engagement, and separation. Serve as the organization’s sole HR resource while advising executives, managers, employees, vendors, and the Board’s HR Committee. The role is mostly remote, based in Houston, and includes occasional local travel.
