Own the platform powering AI voice agents, including runtime orchestration, real-time voice infrastructure, enterprise security capabilities, evaluation, observability, and deployment systems. Build Kubernetes and ArgoCD infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, access controls, auditability, and reliable integrations. Lead incident response, improve agent performance through evaluation and feedback loops, and make architectural decisions from design through production operations.

Own Rifa’s first non-founder enterprise sales motion by building pipeline, closing six- and seven-figure deals, managing regulated-buyer conversations, scoping measurable pilots, and creating a repeatable sales playbook. The role partners closely with founders and engineering, feeds market insights into product development, and handles compliance, security, procurement, and deployment objections. The successful candidate will have enterprise software sales experience, regulated-industry expertise, strong technical fluency, and experience building pipeline independently.
