Manages sales and service relationships with Srixon/Cleveland Golf accounts across Long Island. Conducts regular customer visits, product presentations, training seminars, demo and fitting days, order processing, and sales activities. Builds account relationships, increases product distribution, manages demo inventory and marketing materials, maintains customer information, supports credit and return policies, and attends company meetings and trade shows. Requires frequent driving, outdoor work, and occasional lifting.

Collects accounts receivable through calls and correspondence, negotiates payment plans, reviews customer credit, evaluates credit exposure, and manages credit-hold orders. The role researches payment issues, documents solutions, resolves disputes between sales representatives and customers, and supports credit approval decisions while maintaining confidentiality and effective customer communication.
