Performs administrative federal contract closeout activities after physical completion. Reviews payment and delivery histories, reconciles obligated funds, prepares documentation for contracting officer approval, maintains contract records, tracks closeout metrics, and coordinates with agencies, contractors, vendors, and government representatives. The role requires knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, contract administration, procurement systems, and closeout procedures, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Drives revenue by managing pre-qualified leads, reactivating inactive customers, developing e-commerce opportunities, preparing quotes, addressing objections, and converting prospects into orders. Maintains sales pipelines and CRM records, supports government purchasing channels, coordinates account ownership and handoffs, collaborates with sales and internal departments, and reports on pipeline activity, conversion, reactivation, and revenue performance.

Manages federal, military, and government accounts through outside sales, new business development, account expansion, contract vehicle management, procurement opportunity monitoring, and consultative selling. Builds relationships with procurement and operational leaders, responds to RFQs and solicitations, supports contract compliance and renewals, forecasts pipeline activity, and partners with internal teams and suppliers. Requires frequent travel across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, including visits to industrial facilities and military installations.
