Supports digital marketing, external communications, social media, website updates, marketing analytics, media tracking, file organization, writing and editing, and photo and video editing. The intern will attend community events, collaborate with internal and external partners, and assist with marketing and communications projects while gaining experience in a mission-driven organization.

Leads organizational program strategy, operations, quality improvement, and service delivery. Oversees program design, evaluation, budgets, compliance, data reporting, staff supervision, recruitment, and professional development. Partners with leadership, finance, grants, and cross-functional teams to improve client-centered outcomes, manage performance metrics, and support organizational strategy. Requires experience serving vulnerable populations, managing teams, and coordinating community services.
