Oracle HCM Cloud experience and an associate degree are preferred.

Provides human resources, payroll, accounts payable, financial administration, and front-desk supervision for a senior living community. Responsibilities include invoice routing and coding support, credit card reconciliation, payroll variance analysis, employee status and benefits reporting, expense review, and supervising reception staff. The role supports the Executive Director and department leaders while following company policies and hospitality standards.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reports, board and owner schedules, regulatory filings, medical expense and insurance claim reports, debt covenant calculations, and lender packages. Performs data validation, variance analysis, exception reporting, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation. Partners with BI, IT, and data owners to resolve issues, improve reporting processes, and maintain reporting calendars, templates, and controls.

Executes marketing initiatives supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include campaign coordination, content creation, email marketing, social media management, marketing collateral, CRM data management, performance reporting, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination. The role also provides training on marketing technologies and supports digital, traditional, video, and photography initiatives.
