Process bi-weekly payroll for retirement community employees, maintaining payroll records, taxes, benefits, deductions, garnishments, and employee costing. Assist with tax reporting, W-2 preparation, account reconciliations, client billing inquiries, general ledger reconciliation, and payroll reporting. Ensure compliance with client policies and federal, state, and local regulations while supporting accurate, confidential, and timely payroll administration.

Provides human resources, financial, payroll, accounts payable, and administrative support for a senior living community and Executive Director. Responsibilities include invoice routing and coding, credit card reconciliation, payroll variance analysis, employee status and benefits reporting, expense report review, and supervision of front desk staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and discipline.

Executes marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels. Creates content and collateral, manages social media and email programs, maintains CRM campaign data, tracks marketing metrics, and coordinates with designers, agencies, vendors, sales teams, and stakeholders. Provides project management support, hosts training on marketing tools, ensures consistent brand messaging, and recommends campaign optimizations based on performance insights.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, revenue optimization, financial underwriting, forecasting, predictive modeling, and reporting. Builds financial models and governance standards, evaluates resident contract economics and financial risk, and translates complex analyses into recommendations for executives. The role also recruits and develops a finance and analytics team, drives process automation and standardization, and partners across finance, operations, sales, legal, IT, and business intelligence to improve revenue, cash flow, forecasting accuracy, and long-term growth.
