Supports the Executive Director and Marketing Department through administrative coordination, event planning, resident engagement, marketing material creation, social media assistance, community outreach, and Salesforce record maintenance. The role also coordinates resident move-in documentation, maintains marketing collateral and files, supports lead management, and helps execute new resident welcome events in a senior living community.

Supports the HR Director with full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline development, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire follow-up. Partners with department leaders, manages recruiting resources and events, and develops attraction and retention strategies. Also assists with benefits administration, employee relations, FMLA, workers’ compensation, ADA compliance, training compliance, HRIS administration, employee events, and special HR projects.

Supports daily HR operations and serves as a first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates hiring paperwork, screenings, background checks, orientations, and training schedules. Maintains HRIS, timekeeping, I-9, benefits, certification, and confidential employee records. Assists with network access, employee communications, training documentation, and compliance-related tracking.

Provides welcoming front-desk support in a senior living community on an as-needed basis. Manages onsite accounting, billing, accounts receivable, vendor coordination, accruals, resident financial records, compliance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial issue resolution for a senior living community. Partners with executive and department leaders, centralized finance teams, and regional finance leadership to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and informed financial decision-making.

Leads human resources and business office operations for a senior living community. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting support, HR reporting, and employee record management. Oversees and develops the Concierge team while partnering with leadership on workforce planning, talent strategies, culture, and service excellence.

Executes marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels; creates content and collateral; manages CRM and marketing data; coordinates agencies, vendors, designers, and stakeholders; tracks campaign performance and reports insights. The role also supports marketing technology training, email segmentation, social media management, brand consistency, and video/photo production while managing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
