Supports payroll, recruiting, onboarding, employee orientation, benefits, HRIS updates, personnel records, employee engagement, and staff customer support. The role processes bi-weekly payroll, manages employee status changes, tracks new-hire data, and builds relationships with employees and leaders. Long-term care or nursing home HR experience and familiarity with UKG, Oracle, HRIS/HRIM, and cloud systems are preferred.

Supports the finance department through resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash deposits, account inquiries, resident file auditing, census management, and move-out refund administration. Performs data entry, maintains billing and census records, assists with regulatory and annual processes, and supports month-end activities, general ledger reporting, special projects, correspondence, and budgeting. Provides customer service while handling confidential financial information.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM, board and owner reporting, regulatory submissions, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and due diligence requests. Performs reconciliations, data validation, variance investigation, exception reporting, and data governance checks. Maintains reporting documentation, calendars, controls, and audit trails while coordinating with BI, IT, and process owners to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting standards.

Supports daily HR operations and serves as a first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates hiring screenings, background checks, offers, onboarding, orientations, training, and new-hire paperwork. Maintains confidential employee records, HRIS and timekeeping data, I-9s, benefits records, certifications, licenses, and training documentation. Assists with network access and employee communications while providing professional administrative and customer support.

Provides reception coverage on an as-needed basis by greeting residents, staff, and visitors; answering and transferring calls; and performing basic clerical tasks. Requires at least six months of receptionist experience, basic computer skills, typing speed of 45 WPM, and a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, revenue optimization, forecasting, predictive modeling, resident financial underwriting, and financial analytics. Builds financial models, delivers executive insights, establishes governance standards, and evaluates pricing, contract economics, cash flow, and financial risk. Partners across finance, operations, sales, legal, IT, and business intelligence while recruiting and developing a centralized team. Drives automation, process standardization, and improvements to forecasting accuracy and decision-making.

Leads complex accounting processes and monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, financial analysis, audit schedules, internal controls, and process improvements. Provides technical accounting guidance, mentors accounting staff, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, resolves complex issues, and supports system implementations, acquisitions, transitions, and special projects.

Provides strategic and administrative support to Finance and Development leaders, including financial analysis, budget tracking, reporting, scheduling, meeting coordination, presentations, travel arrangements, vendor contracts, and project leadership. Maintains calendars, meeting minutes, action items, and communications while serving as a liaison among leadership, corporate offices, agencies, and employees.

Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, annual marketing planning, advertising, referral programs, events, lead generation, budgeting, and sales team performance. Oversees prospect follow-up, CRM data entry, reporting, and coordination with executive leadership. Requires achievement of sales goals, customer-focused communication, and availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Executes marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels. Creates content and collateral, manages social media and email programs, maintains CRM campaign data, tracks marketing metrics, and supports optimization. Coordinates timelines and deliverables with internal teams, agencies, vendors, designers, and sales partners. Hosts training on marketing technologies and assists with video and photo production while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
