Performs data validation, variance analysis, reconciliations, exception reporting, and data governance checks. Coordinates issue resolution with BI, IT, and process owners while maintaining audit-ready documentation, reporting calendars, templates, and controls. Supports tax and compliance activities and continuous reporting improvements.

Leads human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, and workforce planning for a senior living community. Oversees payroll processing, accounts payable, financial reporting, budget-related procedures, and employee documentation. Supervises and develops the Concierge team while promoting hospitality, resident satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture. Partners with leaders on staffing, performance management, retention, and operational excellence.

Administer identity and access management, security monitoring, vulnerability management, endpoint and email security technologies. Conduct access reviews, risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and security hardening. Develop security policies, support business continuity and acquisitions, maintain documentation, and educate stakeholders on cybersecurity practices.

Directs marketing, sales, occupancy development, referral generation, advertising, and events for independent living residences. Manages the sales and marketing team, budgets, prospect follow-up, CRM data entry, reporting, and performance against sales goals. Collaborates with executive leadership and may work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet community business needs.

Lead occupancy growth and revenue through sales strategy, prospect relationship management, community tours, referral partnerships, and move-in conversion. Develop local marketing plans, manage digital and print campaigns, host events, supervise marketing staff, track performance in Salesforce, and present sales reports. Partner with community leadership and corporate marketing teams while maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional service for prospective residents and families.
