Coordinates and manages the planning, development, organization, and implementation of refurbishment and renovation services for plant operations at a senior living community. The role requires broad general maintenance and construction knowledge, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, roofing, flooring, appliances, and fire sprinkler repairs. The manager must also maintain CPR-AED certification and a valid Georgia or South Carolina driver's license.

Supports finance operations through resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash deposits, file audits, census management, and move-out refund administration. Handles resident account inquiries, maintains billing and census records, performs data entry, and assists with month-end close, G/L reporting, regulatory processes, special projects, correspondence, and budgeting. Requires strong Excel, Microsoft Office, billing software, organizational, communication, customer service, and confidential information management skills.

Supports daily HR operations and serves as a first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates hiring screenings, background checks, references, offers, onboarding paperwork, orientations, and training schedules. Maintains confidential employee records, HRIS and timekeeping systems, I-9s, benefits files, certifications, and training records. Assists with network access and employee communications while providing professional administrative support.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, revenue optimization, forecasting, predictive modeling, resident financial underwriting, and contract economics. Develops financial models and actionable insights for executive decision-making, manages reporting on revenue and cash flow, and partners across finance, operations, sales, legal, and technology teams. Builds and leads a centralized finance and analytics team, establishes governance and standards, and drives automation and process improvements.
