Run the Founder Residency, coordinate admissions and onboarding, organize high-value events, maintain the talent pipeline, and serve as a key contact for resident founders. Build lightweight AI-powered trackers and outreach workflows, while owning the firm's social media and content presence through writing, photography, video, and editing. Collaborate closely with investment, talent, founders, and external partners in an in-person role.

Lead deal analysis and diligence for AI-native venture investments, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, technical evaluation, sourcing, and investment thesis development. Defend recommendations in partner meetings, source AI founders through technical communities, advise portfolio companies on AI build-versus-buy decisions and technical hiring, and help expand the firm’s internal AI tools and workflows. Co-own the Residency program and work in person with the investment team.
