Demonstrate and train customers and partners, lead discovery calls and project meetings, configure solutions, advise on implementation, and resolve technical issues in live deployments. The role requires extensive workforce management, payroll, time-tracking, support, implementation, or consulting experience, strong customer service, independence, and proficiency with business IT tools.
