Designs and develops data mastering and integration solutions using Markit EDM and Informatica. Oversees talent development, retention, training, technology implementations, virtualization opportunities, cost savings, outage reduction, and operational efficiency improvements while coordinating with transformation, consulting, technology, and service-owner teams.

Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and integrations. Lead design, coding, debugging, testing, deployments, release management, and code reviews. Mentor Salesforce developers, resolve business and production issues, support performance tuning, and collaborate with architecture on Omni-Channel order-process standards. The role also contributes to strategic direction and requires CPQ integration experience, strong communication, and advanced Salesforce expertise.
