Founding operations leader responsible for building the organization’s administrative, financial, people, compliance, technology, risk-management, and office infrastructure. Oversees budgets, external vendors, payroll, benefits, legal and regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, policies, facilities, and business continuity. Advises executive leadership on organizational structure, strategy, personnel, culture, and growth while resolving operational bottlenecks and managing evolving priorities in a rapidly growing nonprofit advocacy organization.

The Vice President of Communications will build and lead the organization’s public presence, brand, media relations, public affairs, rapid response, digital communications, executive communications, and crisis strategy. This role will shape narratives around biodefense, support policy and advocacy priorities, manage media and stakeholder relationships, measure communications impact, and hire communications staff and external partners as the organization grows.
