The role also oversees resource allocation, leadership development, program scalability, and mission alignment while advancing educational equity.

Proofread and quality-assure ACT-aligned ELA curriculum materials in Google Slides and Google Docs. Review grammar, spelling, accuracy, instructional flow, animations, pedagogical consistency, assessment rigor, and alignment with ACT objectives. Track and flag inconsistencies across lessons, objectives, notes, and assessments; participate in project meetings, communicate progress, apply feedback standards consistently, and meet short-term deadlines independently.
