Serves as the primary on-site contact for residents and prospective residents. Handles applications, leases, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, transfers, rent collections, invoices, and resident concerns. Supports leasing, tours, occupancy, retention, marketing, community outreach, inspections, and customer follow-up. Maintains accurate records in OneSite, answers multi-line phones, coordinates with vendors and staff, and works independently in a fast-paced residential property environment.
