Provides electrical and instrumentation engineering for mill capital projects, including drawings, capital expenditure requests, equipment purchasing, project oversight, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive and predictive maintenance. Conducts mill inspections, supports technicians during equipment installation and startup, maintains electrical and instrumentation documentation, and advises on computing networks and user authentication. Requires emergency, weekend, holiday, and downtime coverage, extensive walking and climbing, and adherence to electrical safety standards.

Drives revenue and profitability by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and building customer relationships. Generates leads, manages sales pipelines and plans, provides market and competitive insights, protects margins, and supports order fulfillment and issue resolution. Requires knowledge of corrugated packaging products and converting processes, collaboration with customer service, and frequent local customer travel.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for corporate and manufacturing roles, including sourcing, job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop proactive talent pipelines. Build relationships with educational institutions, support workforce diversity, monitor recruiting and retention KPIs, and provide a strong candidate experience. The role is based in a manufacturing facility, requires collaboration across organizational levels, occasional after-hours or weekend support, and approximately 10% travel for career fairs.
