Supervise the rate department’s overcharge claims and short-pay processes, improve employee and team productivity, set performance objectives, create schedules, communicate requirements, provide feedback, identify development needs, evaluate process improvements, meet deadlines, and ensure safe work practices.

Oversee company-wide benefits administration, including leave of absence, insurance, and workers’ compensation programs.
