Manages banquet and catering inquiries, qualifies event opportunities, prepares proposals, presents pricing and packages, secures deposits and contracts, and maintains CRM pipeline data. Converts leads into booked events while meeting sales goals, coordinating handoffs to Event Managers, and collaborating with banquet and culinary teams. Provides responsive guest communication, handles pre-handoff changes, and supports outbound sales efforts. The role is hybrid, combining on-site restaurant work with remote work and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Provides responsive guest communication, handles pre-handoff changes, supports event meetings, and assists with outbound sales during peak periods.

Leads international training, performance consulting, and cross-functional projects for Chili’s franchise operations, primarily in Latin America. Builds relationships with franchise partners, coaches restaurant teams, supports openings and brand rollouts, develops training materials, presents seminars, and improves training systems and processes. Requires fluent Spanish, restaurant management experience, strong project management and communication skills, and 20–30% international travel.

Supports and improves enterprise network services across restaurants, corporate offices, data centers, and cloud environments. Troubleshoots escalated issues involving switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity. Coordinates MSP operations, incident resolution, patching, vulnerability remediation, upgrades, change management, monitoring, documentation, and infrastructure lifecycle activities. Provides technical guidance, supports security and compliance requirements, and contributes to network modernization, new restaurant openings, and special projects.

Supports internal communications across Brinker, Chili’s, and Maggiano’s by drafting and publishing content, managing communication channels, creating graphics and multimedia, preparing presentations, coordinating events and communication workflows, monitoring inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent messaging.
