Leads an integrated leadership development journey spanning individual contributors, managers, and leaders. Oversees assessments, coaching, mentoring, peer networks, stretch assignments, events, competency architecture, and cross-program integration. Manages three Program Design Leads, balances staffing and priorities, monitors program health and progression metrics, resolves gaps or redundancies, and reports on the overall effectiveness and consistency of development programs.

Leads computational science and AI strategy across a national laboratory division focused on nuclear energy and national missions. Develops AI models, agentic workflows, scientific software, and computational tools using high-performance computing infrastructure. Secures research funding through competitive proposals, guides responsible AI development, mentors multidisciplinary staff, advances partnerships, and communicates organizational capabilities to government, academic, industry, and laboratory stakeholders.
